Legal basis of processing
For Internet users: The data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). For affiliates: The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the latter’s request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR).
